LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Crews have worked all through the day to restore the electric and fuel in a

WSAZ spoke with Lincoln County Universities Superintendent Jeffrey Kelley who made the choice to close Ranger Elementary on Thursday.

“We asked, would we be ready to perform as a university? But also, just transportation in the spot.
