Beachside pool home in Yacht Harbor tops the real estate sales list in Flagler County | Palm Coast

A house in Yacht Harbor was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 24-30 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Brian and Rachael Kopec, of Palm Coast, sold 314 N. Harbor Village Point to Daniel and Victoria Fox, of Sorrento, for $930,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,330 square feet. Evelyn Mitchell and Klaus Weiss, of Ontario, Canada, sold 2450 N. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 218, to Terry and Mya Surrency, of St. Johns, for $520,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,749 square feet.

Sherry Brumfield, of Palm Coast, sold 35 S. Riverview Bend, Unit 1834, to Eva and Richard Roelker, of Palm Coast, for $258,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $467,200.

Fuquay

Cynthia Gatewood, Bryan Ecks and Kerry Tomsey, of Marvin, North Carolina, sold 1424 S. Central Ave. to Bruce and Gerlinde Anderson, of Flagler Beach, for $352,500. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,272 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $76,000.

Hammock Beach

Rebecca Smith, of Southport, North Carolina, sold 435 Bourganville Drive to Edmund and Brenda Kennedy, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,047 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 35 Birdie Way to Frances Iannone, of Bunnell, for $258,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,585 square feet.

Indian Trails

Alonzo and Dorothy Richardson, of Palm Coast, sold 26 Bunker Hill Drive to Philip and Barbara Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,044 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $240,000.

Maronda Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 41 Boulder Rock Drive to Robert and Chantel Phed, of Vancouver, Washington, for $255,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,069 square feet.
